From Ramer Tennessee - Take Chewalla Road (State 234) for 4 miles to Guys Chewalla Road. Turn left and follow Guys Chewalla Road for 2.9 miles to Olive Hill Church Loop. Turn right and for 1/2 mile and property is on the left.
From Selmer Tennessee - Take Hwy 45 S for 9 miles to Guys Chewalla Road. Turn right and follow Guys Chewalla Road for 4.4 miles to Olive Hill Church Loop. Turn left onto Olive Hill Church Loop for 1/2 mile property is on the left.
Bidding will be on the Five Separate Tracts and the Entire Property. To bid on the individual tracts click on that tract and hit request bid. To bid on the entire property, select all the tracts.
Bidding will be a per acre bid for Tracts 1, 2 & 3. Tracts 4 & 5 will be a lump sum bid. The entire property will be a lump sum bid.
The closing date will be on or before July 10, 2024.
There is a farm lease in place for 2024. Possession is subject to the farm lease. The farm rent will be prorated to the closing date.
All CRP contracts will transfer to the new owner. The CRP payments will be prorated to the closing date.
