The Sand Creek Farm consisting of 234+/- acres located in Kingman County, KS is being offered at auction both live and by online bidding.  The Live Auction will take place on Saturday, September 9th, beginning at 11:00 a.m CST at the Kingman Expo Center, North Room located at 121 S. Main Street, Kingman, Kansas, 67068. 
 
Online pre-bidding will begin on Friday, September 1 at 1:00p.m.  Online bidders will also be able to bid on the day of the sale through simulcast.
 
The property will be offered in Four Lots.  Lots 1, 2 & 3 will be offered individually and Lot 4 will combine Lots 1, 2 &3 to be offered as the entire tract. 
 
Lot 1 - 80+/- Acres (S1/2 SE1/4); Lot 2 - 74+/- Acres (N1/2 SW1/4); Lot 3 - 80+/- Acres (S1/2 SW1/4) & Lot 4 - 234+/- Acres (Entire Tract). All in Section 31, Township 28 South, Range 6 West.
 
Winning bidders or bidder will be required to provide a 10% nonrefundable deposit the day of the sale. Close of property will be within 30 days. 
 
Purchasers of the property can take immediate possession subject to the current tenant having the grazing rights through 11/1/23.
