Winning bidders or bidder will be required to provide a 10% nonrefundable deposit within 24 hours of close of bid. Close of property will be on or within 45 days. This is a non-contingent auction. House on Lot 3 was built prior to 1978 and a lead based paint waiver will be required to be signed by the buyer on auction date.
