Sealed Bids will be received online at auctions.nationalland.com, email to dswanson@nationalland.com or at the office of National Land Realty, 205 E. Allen Street, Wentzville, MO 63385 until 2:00 p.m. (CST) Tuesday, January 28, 2025.  All bids will be opened privately.  Please submit your bid online, mail your bid to the above address or bids can emailed to dswanson@nationalland.com.  Please indicate “Rock Port Investment Properties and Lot #” on your method of bidding.  The successful bidder will be required to close by February 27, 2025.   A bid form is included in this packet.  A blank purchase contract will be provided upon request.

Upon the completion of the bidding process and the winning bidder has been notified, a purchase contract will be executed by both the Buyer and Seller.  The execution of the contract will be the effective date, and the closing shall take place February 27, 2025.  The Seller will be closing with TrueTitle Commercial at 30 N Brentwood Blvd, St. Louis MO 63105.  The Buyer can choose who they wish to conduct their side of closing.
